'Christian' movie promotional stills
'Christian' is a vampire film set in the wonderful Yorkshire seaside town of Whitby, the very place that influenced Bram Stoker when he stayed there in 1890 and featured in the classic horror story Dracula.
Filming is due to begin in the Spring of 2010, however a number of photographs were required by the production company Flickerbook Films for promoting the film and gaining funding. Lighting for the first shoot was tough; he only light sources available during the night shoot came from either street lighting, illumination lighting around a statue or via a flashgun. The light sources add to the unnatural existence of the vampire, a life unlike any humans, spent in the dark without any contact with natural light.
