The Norfolk project is currently being developed into a photography book with this page  set up to provide updates about the progress of the book.

The Norfolk project officially started in 2001 with the idea to document a English county and to start a long-term photography project, however, the project roots stem from images taken between 1998 and 2001. A photobook seems the perfect format to present the first phase of the project and because of this, I’ve decided to include a number of images, shot in Norfolk before 2001, photos that helped me develop the idea. This will be the first of a number of Norfolk Project books that i plan to produce over the next few years using images shot since 1998.

The first book will probably feature around 40 colour and monochrome images shot in landscape and documentary styles on 35mm, 6×4.5, 6×6 and digital cameras between 1998 and 2011 around a variety of locations in the English county of Norfolk. Currently the layouts, text and narratives are being developed but the initial idea for this first book is for it to contain the 6×6 images.

The book layout images seen on this page represent just early design ideas.

More details about the project and the photography can be found HERE

The book will be released using the Blurb service and will be in a 13×11 (33x28cm) large landscape hardcover format.
The expected release date is still to be confirmed.
